No problem we've had some scammers claiming to be doing University research causing trouble here in the past, that may be why people are reluctant. Good luck anyway :)
Ah, OK. Didn't mean to attack you. Maybe I was confusing you with someone. There have been a few annoying spam attacks recently. Maybe if you start a conversation first and don't approach it quite so directly, you have more success...
@fabsh: Ingrid has been here on Jaiku for quite a while now, she's interviewed me as well as others (in person as well as over skype). I don't think you have anything to worry about in terms of spam or otherwise :)
